Pre-Authorized Payment Plan – City of Swift Current

Please Note — Taxation Pre-Authorized Payments

For New, Changes, or Cancellation, this form must be submitted on or before the last business day of the month for the following month's payment.
Taxation payments are pulled on the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments will pull on the next business day.
To add PAP to an existing account, taxes must be paid in full by December 31st to be eligible.
Pre-Authorized Payments will be drawn on Canadian dollar accounts only.
If the form is inaccurate, we will be unable to process your request.
Insufficient Funds will result in a $20 NSF fee. We will attempt to pull the payment and NSF fee the following month (including both previous and current months' payments).
After 3 months of Insufficient Funds, your Pre-Authorized Payments will automatically be cancelled.
Payment amounts will vary depending on when the plan is established.
After the next tax levy is determined, remaining monthly payments will be adjusted if required.
In the event of a property sale, the owner must immediately notify the City and arrange cancellation of the PAP plan.

Pre-Authorized Payments will be withdrawn 14 days after the billing date.
Accounts must be paid in full prior to adding Pre-Authorized Payments.
Pre-Authorized Payments will be drawn on Canadian dollar accounts only.
If the form is inaccurate, we will be unable to process your request.
Insufficient Funds will result in a $20 NSF fee. We will attempt to pull the payment and NSF fee the following month (including both previous and current months' payments).
After 3 months of Insufficient Funds, your Pre-Authorized Payments will automatically be cancelled.
All final payments will be covered by Pre-Authorized Payments.
